How the first 20 minutes of your day can set you up for success

You all know about that morning-routine thing: Everybody raves that waking up early and sticking to your routine can help you to get more done. But if you get out of bed at 5 a.m. or 3 p.m., it is the first 20 minutes of your day that could set you up for success.
